What you’ll do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across construction and heavy industrial trades
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified, ready-to-work candidates
- Connect welders, operators, laborers, and other skilled workers with projects suited to their experience
- Develop and maintain relationships that keep workers and clients coming back to HeavyCraft
- Respond promptly to candidate and client inquiries to keep placements moving
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity using modern technology
- Identify ways to improve how we find, evaluate, and place workers as we grow

Requirements
- Familiarity with working in a trade. Any trade background is welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to earn trust with blue-collar workers
- High energy, initiative and dependable follow-through
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions
- Comfort with iOS devices and a willingness to learn recruiting software
- Ambition to help build an organization and take increasing responsibility for its success
